How to Shop Piece Pavilion on BrickLink
So you've heard of BrickLink, maybe you've even poked around on it, but you haven't pulled the trigger on your first order yet. We get it. The site looks a little different from what you're used to, and it's not totally obvious how everything works the first time around.
Good news: it's actually really simple once you see it in action. This walkthrough will take you through the entire process of shopping our store on BrickLink — from finding what you need to getting it shipped to your door.
Step 1: Find Our Store
There are two ways to get to Piece Pavilion on BrickLink:
- Direct link: Head straight to store.bricklink.com/PiecePavilion and you're there.
- Search on BrickLink: Go to bricklink.com, search for an item you want, and look for "PiecePavilion" in the seller list.
Either way, you'll land on our store page where you can browse our full inventory — sets, individual parts, minifigures, keychains, and custom builds.
Step 2: Browse or Search
Our store is organized into categories, so you can browse by type — sets, parts, minifigures, gear. If you know exactly what you're looking for, use the search bar at the top of our store page. Type in a set number, part number, or description and it'll pull up matching items from our inventory.
When you click into an item, you'll see everything you need to know:
- Condition — New (never assembled) or Used (previously built, but in great shape). For the record, used LEGO is perfectly fine for building. It's injection-molded plastic — it doesn't degrade from being assembled once. Save "new" for display pieces or gifts if you want, but don't be afraid of used.
- Price — Listed right on the item page.
- Quantity available — How many we have in stock.
- Photos — So you can see exactly what you're getting.
Step 3: Add to Cart
Found something you want? Click "Add to Cart." Works just like any other online store.
Here's the one thing to know about BrickLink that's different from Amazon or eBay: each store has its own separate cart. So if you're buying from three different stores, that's three checkouts and three shipping charges. This is exactly why it pays to find one store with a big inventory and buy as much as you can from one place.
That's also why we keep our selection wide — so you can load up your cart with everything you need and only pay for shipping once.
While you're adding that set, throw in a few minifigures. Grab those parts you've been meaning to order. Top off the cart. Your shipping cost stays the same whether you're buying 5 items or 25.
Step 4: Checkout
When you're happy with your cart, hit checkout and submit your order. Here's where BrickLink is a little different: you don't pay right away.
After you submit, we receive your order and calculate shipping based on the weight of your items and your location. We then send you an invoice with the full total — items plus shipping — all in one clear breakdown.
Most BrickLink stores (including ours) accept PayPal. Review the invoice, click pay, and you're done.
Step 5: We Ship Your Bricks
Once your payment comes through, we pack your order. Every piece in our store is quality-checked before it goes out — we inspect items when they come in, and we double-check when they ship. No surprises in your package.
Domestic orders typically arrive in 3-7 days. You'll get a notification when it ships so you're not left wondering.
That's It — Seriously
Five steps. Find our store, browse or search, add to cart, checkout, wait for delivery. Once you've done it once, it becomes second nature.
